The Social Committee is a group of parents who volunteer to organise and run social and fundraising events throughout the year.
As well as organising large events each term, such as the spectacular Summer Ball, many fun and worthwhile events throughout the year are arranged, including Guy Fawkes Night, cake sales, quiz nights, wine tasting evenings and Christmas parties for the children. They also help promote good community links and, each Christmas, they a host a morning of coffee, mince pies and carols for the local elderly.
Events to appeal to our whole Bishopsgate community of children, parents and other family members are organised.
The Social Committee plays a valuable role in the life of the school, not only through helping and fundraising, but also through making it possible for parents to meet each other and become more involved in our school community.
